Welcome to this new blog for the tracking of the industry around mobile development platforms. There does not appear to be anything quite like it. The developer sites tend to have mostly development related articles and very little news. The news sites tend to ignore much of the platform issues.
Although this does cover Symbian, it does not attempt to cover Palm or Windows CE handsets. Regardless of form factor, those are more PDA than phone from a development point of view. Windows Mobile is fairly close to Symbian, however tracking it will be much more difficult. That said, there is a Windows Mobile category for notable items.
