SmartVideo Launches Video Solution on Symbian smartphones

SmartVideo Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has certified a solution for distribution of live and on-demand video content to Symbian operating system cellular SmartPhones.
SmartVideo's cellular solutions provide for live and on-demand streaming of video, eliminating the need for protracted downloads which are barriers to active viewers and put at risk the intellectual property of content owners.
Previously SmartVideo only had their technology available on Windows Mobile platforms.
