QUALCOMM Invests in Chinese Game Company

Qualcomm Inc. and venture-capital firm The Carlyle Group have invested US$3 million in Enorbus Technology (China) Co. Ltd., a Beijing company that develops games and entertainment content for mobile phones using Qualcomm's Brew platform, Qualcomm said Monday. Brew is a software development platform for devices, such as mobile phones, based on the CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) mobile telephony standard.
