Vinidig Studios, developers of many applications for QUALCOMM's BREW has been acquired by FOR-SIDE.COM Co., Ltd in an all cash deal of $36.5 million. Vindigo also does Java, WAP, Palm, and PocketPC applications. Vindigo will continue to be managed by it's current management team and have independent operations in the US. This appears to be a rather nice deal for Vindigo. |
