The proposed merger between Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless has closed. It is valued at USD$41 billion. Recently AT&T Wireless and Cingular Wireless had annoucned the first intercarrier MMS interoperability. Now that they are the same carrier, can they still claim this? ;) |
