Free Symbian Signed for Freeware

Forum Nokia has published a new document on freeware opportunities and the Symbian Signed program. Nokia has taken the stance that freeware can be signed for free, too. This is wonderful and is a nice change from the QUALCOMM BREW world where free applications simply cannot exist.
