Compared to September, the number of operators (56), countries(29), and manufacturers (37) has not changed. So what has changed? Nothing, actually. QUALCOMM hasn't updated their dollar figures yet, either. I was hoping they would update them for the end of the quarter, but it's now halfway through the quarter. The most likely reason for a lack of change is simply that they have plateaued. This is especially true with the number of manufacturers since there are only so many. The countries and operators will likely expand as they break into Europe, but that is a slow process.
