Forum Nokia has provide a package that gives an example of FTP over Series 60.

The FTP Example demonstrates the usage of the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Service API, and more precisely, the CFTPSession class. It allows connecting to and disconnecting from an FTP server and it implements the pwd, dir, cd, mkdir, rmdir, delete, rename, get, and put commands of the File Transfer Protocol. The FTP library package provided within the example is required in order to use FTP. It is supported in Series 60 Platform 2nd Edition FP1, FP2, and FP3 devices.
